In its short time, Aji Limon has become not only a Peruvian Restaurant but a culinary center, there is no secret: In addition to our owner/chef years of experience, we use the best of local and Peruvian native ingredients and our service and quality are second to none!

OUR TEAM



Jorge Rouillon. Our Owner and Chef, started his culinary experience in the mountains of Peru, known as the "Peruvian Switzerland", Huaraz, an extraordinary beautiful valley. In this place Jorge owned a tourist's restaurant for over 18 years.





Motivated and with entrepreneur spirit, he decided to migrate to the US were he held positions in numerous restaurants, working with diverse types of foods and styles and most important, learning about the dining experience and the exigencies of the hispanic and american customers.
